Paula Ramírez, LMSW, GPC, CADC

Paula joined Foster Kinship in 2021 as an intern and officially became a team member in 2022. She holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Paula is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), a Certified Grant Professional (GPC), a Certified Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor (CADC), and a notary public. As Director of Strategic Engagement, Paula leads efforts to strengthen community partnerships, secure public and private funding, and expand the resources available to kinship families across Nevada. She is deeply committed to both strategic growth and direct practice, ensuring that organizational development translates into meaningful, tangible support for caregivers and children.
