Kinship caregivers rarely have time to prepare.
Overnight, a grandparent, aunt, sibling, or trusted adult may suddenly welcome a child into their home with little more than love and a willingness to say yes.
That often means needing diapers, clothes, shoes, hygiene items, formula, and other essentials immediately.
That’s where Marcie’s Heart comes in.
Marcie’s Heart is Foster Kinship’s caregiver resource center, providing emergency essentials and everyday necessities to kinship families across Nevada. Through the generosity of our community, we provide new and gently used clothing for babies, children, teens, and adults, heping caregivers quickly access the items children need to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
Your donation helps children and caregivers feel supported during some of the hardest moments of their lives.

Drop Off Essential Items
Donate new or gently used items at our Las Vegas office to help children and caregivers access essentials quickly.
DirectionsPurchase needed items from our Amazon Wishlist and have them shipped directly to Foster Kinship.
Prefer to let us shop? Make a financial gift and we will purchase the most urgently needed items children need.
Most Needed Items
Always Needed
- New diapers, pull-ups, wipes, and formula
- New underwear and socks
- New Hygiene items (shampoo, conditioner, soap, deodorant, lotion)
- New and gently used clothing and shoes for babies, children, teens, and adults
As Space Allows (Please Call Ahead)
- Gently used baby gear such as:
- Bassinets
- Strollers
- Walkers
- Other baby equipment
Donation Guidelines
To ensure all families receive safe, high-quality items:
We never sell donated items. If an item cannot be used by Foster Kinship, we work with trusted community partners to ensure it still supports local families.
Unable to Accept
To ensure safety and storage capacity, we are unable to accept:
- Furniture, rugs, or household items
- Used Car seats
- Electronics or TVs
- Used mattresses, pillows, or bedding
- Maternity clothes or nursing supplies
- Auto parts, chemicals, paint, or cleaning supplies
- Suitcases

9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Please check in at our front office when you arrive. Our team will assist you with your items and provide a donation receipt.
Please do not leave donations outside our doors. We are unable to pick up donations at this time.
