If you have adopted a child or are the permanent legal guardian of a child, whether through family, foster care, or private adoption, we are here to support you.

We know that adoption and guardianship are just the beginning of the journey. As your child grows, their needs may change, and we are here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

We Offer:

Intake and Assessment

We take time to learn about you, your child(ren), your needs, and your goals.

Case Management

We help you maintain legal documentation, access financial support, connect with community resources, and receive peer support.

Emergency Resources

We provide clothing and other essential items your children need.

Therapeutic Services

We offer onsite therapy and groups to support your family’s long-term healing.

Direct Support for Children

We provide respite care and youth support services to support your children and give you time to rest and recharge.

Behavioral Support

We provide one-on-one support to help you navigate behavioral needs and challenges.

Mental Health Navigation

We help connect you to specialized services such as assessments, FASD and ASD support, in-home services, and wraparound care.

We also host a variety of  Support Groups!
