David John Dzarnoski, Esq. is a junior partner of The Ruiz Law Firm and a lifelong Nevadan born and raised in Southern Nevada, with family roots in the state dating back to the 1800s.
David’s professional journey has always been guided by service. After earning his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, he spent more than a decade in the financial services industry assisting ultra-high-net-worth clients. Later, inspired by his wife and daughters, David returned to school to pursue the legal career he had long envisioned, earning his law degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law.
As an attorney, David has carried forward his commitment to helping others through his work in personal injury law was recognized in 2023 as one of The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40. His practice focuses on advocating for individuals and families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
Beyond legal practice, David is deeply committed to philanthropy and community service. He is passionate about supporting local schools, youth education, and organizations that create opportunities for families throughout Southern Nevada. David has served as a board of trustee member for Futuro Knowledge Academy charter school and continues to give back as a frequent speaker at local area schools, where he encourages students to pursue education, leadership, and service.
In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with his wife, Christine, and their three daughters. His dedication to family, education, and community continues to shape both his legal career and his philanthropic work.
