Josh is a Peer Parent Mentor and Fatherhood Project Facilitator with deep roots in North Las Vegas, where he was born and raised. He is a devoted husband, father of three children, and kinship caregiver to three additional youth, leading his family with strength, accountability, and intention. His life and leadership reflect resilience, growth, and a deep commitment to breaking cycles and building legacy.

Josh serves as a Parent Leader in the State of Nevada for Safe Babies, a program of ZERO TO THREE, and is a Child Advocacy Ambassador with the Children's Advocacy Alliance.

He is dedicated to strengthening families through mentorship, advocacy, and peer-led support, with a strong focus on justice reform and community empowerment. Josh advocates for parents impacted by incarceration, child welfare involvement, and other systemic barriers.

Through mentorship, fatherhood engagement, and peer-led support, Josh promotes long-term stability, personal accountability, and community empowerment. His work is rooted in the belief that when fathers are supported, informed, and seen as assets, families and communities grow stronger.
