Markus Wilson

Markus is a Peer Parent Mentor, community advocate, parent leader in the state of Nevada with Safe Babies, a program from ZERO TO THREE, a Child Advocacy Ambassador, and a facilitator for The Fatherhood Project. He has called Las Vegas home since 2000, after moving from a small town near Monterey, California. Markus is a husband and father with sole legal custody of his two children, bringing real-world lived experience and steady leadership to the families he supports. He understands firsthand the challenges of navigating custody, the court system, blended family dynamics, and building long-term stability while balancing work and family life.

With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Markus has built a career rooted in leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving. He applies those same principles to mentoring families, focusing on accountability, structure, and practical solutions. Markus is passionate about strengthening parents, promoting stability, and empowering families to move forward with confidence and purpose.
